Business Development Representative

Our growing business requires Business Development Representative to continue sales growth of Sparrow  – a mobile application that connects employees to the heartbeat of their organization, the company intranet, wherever and whenever they were working. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with new customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads.

If you're looking to:

  • Become a strategic member of the sales team, responsible for identifying new prospects and turning them into customers 
  • Act as the company expert that clients rely on to guide them to choose Sparrow as their preferred solution and help them achieve their internal communication goals
  • Work with some of the Canada's most progressive companies to help them engage their workforce 
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand Sparrow's marketing presence 
  • Develop strategic business skills and stay on top of industry trends to identify opportunities for company growth 

And you have:

  • Passion for technology, marketing, and sales
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a proven ability to develop rapport with customers 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications or other related field
  • Strong computer skills and an understanding of CRM software
